cygport randomly (moon phase?) is stacked waiting for nm
to extract all the data due to Dwarf Error

prototype definition error thrown upon compilation.

I'll report a problem using iperf on windows 10 x64.
Probe is iperf3 runnung on an linux.
With a command line tool on windows 10 iperf runs without any problems.
Problems with iperfcygwin using java.
