rxvt-unicode is the successor to the familiar, but no longer
maintained, rxvt terminal emulator.
This release fixes a catastrophic failure associated with the recent
perl update. It also updates to the latest upstream release.

I have just released a refresh build of the mingw-w64 cross compiler
headers and runtime.
mingw64-*-headers-3.0b_svn5373-1
mingw64-x86_64-runtime-3.0b_svn5373-1
mingw64-i686-runtime-3.0b_svn5373-2
The cross compiler can produce Win32 and Win64 native binaries. As a

The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:
*** texlive-collection-bibtexextra-20120821-1
*** texlive-collection-bibtexextra-doc-20120821-1
This is primarily a packaging change/fix. Starting with this release,
/usr/bin/biber.exe will be in the texlive-collection-bibtex

You could just run
C:\cygwin\bin\ls -la
or, if C:\cygwin\bin is in the PATH, simply run
ls -la
