libXpm-devel doesn't depend on libXpm, so clicking the former in setup
doesn't cause the latter to be installed.

Yup my ~/.cpanreporter/config.ini is a DOS file.
The weird thing though is that most of the time the reports go through
fine, and only sometimes I see this error.
Next time I see it I'll try to figure out what needs to be fixed.
By the way, I got Win32::Clipboard fixed for Cygwin :

I've been doing lots of experimentation with calling grub-setup from Windows to
prepare the bootsector of a FAT32 volume. I'm finding that for some reason,
the bootcode doesn't actually get written to the PBR even though grub-setup
thinks the write has succeeded.

I saw on the install page[1] that you can check the validity of the
setup.exe with the provided signature file and PGP keyring. Great!
Unfortunately I cannot find a trust path to the signature. It seems that
only Dave Korn signed with his key 0x6A388C3E, but his key is unsigned.
