I installed the Windows binaries for XEmacs, rather than using the
cygwin version.
So I'm not too sure if this is the right place to ask this question.
I created a shortcut to xemacs.exe in my SendTo folder.
I then select a document, right-click and then SendTo -> XEmacs.

a SIGTERM ~10-30 seconds after cygrunsrv is started.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install Cygwin with OpenSSH
2) Use ssh-host-config to set
Due to an unexpected side-effect of the qmail system that we use on
sourceware, email to the cygwin lists was being rejected due to
cygwin-related changes that I was making on sourceware.
