Problem report
The import libraries for the Win32 API (w32api) is actually maintained
by the MinGW project, and only distributed by Cygwin, so I've CC'd
them. The attached patch ought to fix this.

Please post any patches in the tracker going forward though, so I
don't accidentally miss any.
