Need to download / install a SPECIFIC version of Cygwin (1.5.11)

When reviewing the functionality of the setup application, it allows for "a" previous version to be downloaded. This previous version appears to be dependant on the system which manages the download files. Where can someone find the specific version - 1.5.11 ? Can this (the cygwin-1.5.11.tar.bz2
