This is due to me incrementally removing the contents of a DPH module
(GHC.PArr) from base into the dph package, where it belongs. I will fix it
again; once, everything is in place.

That looks like Manuel's potato. He's been hacking on the vectoriser, as well
as how names from the Prelude are handled. It started appearing after:
