I'm trying to find out if current HEAD NCG supports some kind of
conditional instructions. On x86/amd64 this is cmov for example and on
PPC this might be fsel. So far it looks like NCG does not know anything

Now we keep any partially-full blocks in the gc_thread[] structs after
each GC, rather than moving them to the generation. This should give
