Norman, John, On reflection, the Unique stuff is pretty GHC specific, and it seems overkill to make it into a separate package. A proliferation of small packages gets increasingly painful, esp when you realise that they must all be installed; http://hackage.haskell.org/trac/ghc/wiki/Commentar
