Hi, I think this bug might deserve some GHC attention, it could (potentially) be a show-stopped for quite a few Windows users. It would certainly be good to get this fix into 6.10.2, and depending on how many users it effects, maybe even reroll the Windows installer. http://hackage.haskell.org/tr
