I've just completed test builds of the texinfo-6.0.90 pretest in our
test lab with 72 flavors of Unix.
Of those, 44 report zero failures, and have been installed.
All of the others seem to be failures like this:

No, it shouldn't be installed. It should be used by the configure script only.
