about

To debug the use of tex4ht and latex2html, it is much better to keep
tests/*/raw_out_parser. For most other cases it is not as important as
there is no difference between out_parser and raw_out_parser.
Would it be ok to keep the directory? It may require removing all the
raw_out_pars
