It doesn't seem to be possible to insert a comma within a @example
environment.

Need failing code please, the basic idea certainly works for me. There
is nothing special about commas in an example environment, or anywhere
except when parsing arguments.

I have tried a literal , as well as @comma{}
However in TeX output it always seems to get rendered as a space.
