NMakefile omision

Hi, I downloaded the make-3.80 source and attempted to build it with VC++ on NT2000. It fails to build because hash.o is not included in the OBJS declaration in the root NMakefile. I did check the bug list and did not find a mention of this problem. Jerry Ross
