The make.texi file has: @settitle GNU @code{make} I noticed it while trying to generate the documentation for the GNU Webserver, because the scripts don't tags in @settitle. But, I think that this is incorrect anyway - http://www.gnu.org/manual/texinfo/html_node/code.html#code says that @code is
