The FSF's bug tracking web site has been revived, using gnatsweb this
time instead of wwwgnats.
You can access the site at http://bugs.gnu.org/cgi-bin/gnatsweb.pl
You can login with username "guest" and password "guest"; this will
enable you to view existing bug reports and submit new ones.
