FYI - My build problems got worse today, to the point where make was failing consistently. The problem has started to show up on some other developers' boxes too. So I bit the bullet and upgraded to the latest cygwin again. This seems to have cured the problem, for now

I just installed MKS Tookit 7.5 and that didn't fix the problem. Any
