I would expect lalt+rctrl+backspace would be the same as
ralt+rctrl+backspace.
There is no "right alt" key, it is "alt gr".

I checked in a slightly different version of the shift part of the
patch (as Marco said, doing it in one if cluase is right).
I disagree with Marco and agree with Alfred that left and right alt
are very different keys. This is also true for the linux console.
There are no other cases where

Makes sense. That is what a user would expect since there is no real
difference between the right shit key and the left shift key.
