Getting started with hurd

Hi Experts,I want get started on Hurd. I want to contribute to it. But, I'm even not able to install it in my Toshiba Satellite laptop. I couldn't get much from net about installation and further contribution. Please let me know how to get started on it.balaji __

Hi all,I'm a newbie to Hurd. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Intel centrino processor. I downloaded GNU/Hurd and configured my Grub. But, it doesn't boot. If I select this boot option it keeps rebooting. Has anyone successfully booted Hurd in Toshiba satellite laptop?Thanks-balajiOn 4/27/06,
