I didn't read it all yet, but I think after one is done with it, it will
be much easier to hack the source.

If the mailing list software only marks mail then I doubt anyone will
have a problem. That way people can filter out all mail that has a
"X-spam: Yes" header if they want to.
Who should I contact if my mails are being marked as "X-spam: Yes"?
