Can you help me, the problem is with my system forsure, but my question is:
1. Is it the problem with BIOS
2. I've notcreated a swap partition for HURD as i am assuming it'll use linux swappartition, because it was so said in the documents.
3. any otherreason??

please find time to check out why boot failed. All relevant details are

Both are same files only the type is different.
I've used k8 hurd cd1 for installation.

Also i checked /proc/interruptsthere is NO problem of shared IRQS since there isn'tany.

i wanted to write a cvsfs translator for gnu hurd, butunfortunately found that i has been completed recently. Could i makesome contributions to hurd by modifying present cvsfs.
