The same bug over MATE.
In MATE the Applications menu works properly (in Xfce it don't open), but
continues the bug when try to access to filesystem

Xfce tries to create the user's personal directory, and (obviously) fails,
locking the DE loading.
There are other similar errors, when I try to open Thunar
