This patch makes it so that configure time settings (like --libexecdir,
--bindir, etc).
In the default configuration the only difference is that includedir =
$(exec_prefix)/include becomes ${prefix}/include

Roland, could you generate all the needed files to build mig and check
them into the CVS repository? I think that was the policy that was
settetled between you and Thomas some time ago (i.e. check in all
autogenerated files by autoconf/automake into the repository).
