All these macros GL_GENERATE_*, GL_COND_*, gl_CONDITIONAL are undocumented.
Therefore you don't need to learn about them; all you need is to give a

Just noticed that it says: "Running without arguments will suffice in most
cases." However, there is a mandatory argument!
