This one has been set to need info for a while.
Is this just waiting on documentation to indicate where this works? It may be
a difficult question to answer.

Please find attached a copy of a patch.
This change introduces a delay between executions of cmd. This can be
very useful if the cmd being executed needs to be throttled.
