The binutils 2.18 for powerpc generate/output these codes:
10: 40 82 00 00 bne-10
or
10: 40 a2 00 00 bne+10

sorry for getting back to you after such a long time.
i have been reassigned to another job and am not working
on the ARM assignment now, maybe later.
