missing in the following Texinfo files:
- bfd/doc/bfd.texinfo,
- gas/doc/as.texinfo,
- gprof/gprof.texi,
- ld/ld.texinfo.
While `binutils/doc/binutils.texi' has:
@dircategory Software development
