Hi Nick,
you're right. The problem was not shown in my example. The relocations are
correct:
$ arm-wince-pe-objdump -d armtest.o -r
armtest.o: file format pe-arm-little
Disassembly of section .

I do not know why objdump (not GAS) and GDB disassemble code differently
