Looks like DEFAULT_LD_ERROR_EXECSTACK is defined only when
--disable-error-rwx-segments is used.

Despite fact that elfutils now builds with LTO and it passes test suite I have
no time now to test results of my build :(
(maybe at begin of the next week).

upgrade git frontend to latest cgit ot gitlab interface which provides OOTB

BTW just found that rawhide binutils fails on LTO linking latest glib2.
