We recently upgraded to 9.16.2 on FreeBSD 11.3 STABLE and after ~
week of use, it died this morning with the following assertion. Any
ideas what this might be about ?

Solved: I recompiled the bind9's package(9.8.1 - last version for ubuntu
12.04 LTS)to the Ubuntu 10.04.
Now, works fine.

I am seeing below error in log.
