Upgrade help with Bind 9.12

I'm not sure how to go about requesting this but I am looking for information on upgrading from BIND 9.8 to 9.11 or 12 depending if it's ESV or not. We are running Ubuntu 14.04 v\r == CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE: This e-mail communication and any attachments may
