smaller than one of the master and no responding lines are not found in the
notity log. However, in the slave server, connections about both of them are
found with tcpdump.

I used rndc to watch the stats of named in the auth server with a default port
while control port was set to 9053 before a core dump file was created. Was it
a bug?
The command :rndc -s localhost stats
core file is like this
Core was generated by `/xxx//named -u named -t xx -c
I found that bind9.9.2 recursor returns servfail to soa requests when
receiving inproper nodata notification that there is just a root SOA RR in the
authority section in response from authoritative namservers.
Just like this as following. Why does it forward the inproper response to
clients?
According to my experience, less restriction is imposed by TLD operator because
TLD servers have sufficient ability and it is not secure for their service to
limit, especially when too much limitations are added.

Recheck your config file that the ports in listen-on is right. You can try to
comment the listen-on sentence.
