If upstream calls their "VCS" package testdisk-wip, then that's the
correct name for it. If the package is unmaintained, an orphan request
would be better suited.

FabioLolix [1] filed a request to merge testdisk-wip [2] into
testdisk-git [3]:
testdisk-wip download unversioned tarballs and skip hash sums, being
an open source program a VCS pkgbuild is better suited for tracking
the latest development
