crc appears to be the appropriate name for upstream, the openshift
name is defensible but give crc already exists and the previous
request was accepted, this seems the correct way forward.

So I've semi-recently had to do some work on an OpenShift-based platform, so I
packaged a couple of at-the-time missing packages.
At the time, I searched AUR for "openshift" related packages and found the
"openshift-client-bin" package, which contains the oc command. I needed to work
