a821 [1] filed a deletion request for arcanist-stable-git [2]:
Abandoned, broken, and unnecessary duplicated of `arcanist-git`. No
package depends on it. Also, upstream says "phabrcator" is
unmaintained since 2021 (arcanist is the CLI tool for it).
