Misunderstood merge request src and dst packages, sorry.
Need to merge open-numismat-bin into open-numismat or simply delete
open-numismat-bin, because it was last updated on 2020-09.

These packages are not duplicate. I am extracting and building the package
from the source tarball using a specific version, -bin is installing a .Deb
package.
Note that I still need the .Deb for the API keys, but all building is done
from source as the package name sans suffix requires.

Seems duplicate packages.
"open-numismat" packages appeared in AUR earlier.
