That was not a duplicate, that was a ready binary package from Github, at least
for Arch Linux ARM, where there isn't element-web package at all! Why should I
build FULL package to have web package, when I can pack binary from developers
and install it?

I suggest you resubmit your the upstream-build of element-web to AUR under the
following name:
element-web-anyarch-bin
And add to the description something about it being "for any architecture".
