Unmaintained since 2016. In the comments the submitter and current
maintainer both agreed to remove it for lack of activity.

izaera [1] filed a deletion request for owntracks-recorder-git [2]:
This is not maintained and, though I have started maintaining
"owntracks-recorder", I'm not willing to maintain this package too.
Since leaving it would cause trouble and introduce noise, it may be
better to remove it and restore
