zfs-linux base package which includes both, so when I submitted requests for

Just a clarification, the request was the same for multiple packages all part
of the same group "ArchZFS" with different purposes (std, zen, lts, etc), all
under the same developer who hasn't responded in quite some time. Hence the
multiple requests that were effectively the same.
