the bluetooth problem seems to be caused by USB driver problems. This is
the output of "lsusb -t":
$ lsusb -t

after updating my arch installation, bluetooth stopped working.
"systemctl status bluetooth" shows the service is active, but when I try
to power on or list my bluetooth device using bluetoothctl, no device is
found.
