have no idea of how I would fix this, since the kernel is
supposed to have FAT32 support by default so I just downgraded linux and
linux-headers back to 6.12.9.arch1-1 and everything is working again.

Yeah, when the patch gets in
merged under the tag 6.10-rc4[1].
Is it possible to cherry-pick `a6a75e` and release an update prior to
the full 6.10 release?
