If I run mpv --really-quiet followed by a file name I get an error: ALSA lib pcm_direct.c:2180:(_snd_pcm_direct_new) unable to create IPC semaphore This happens with jack2 or jack-pipewire installed. The user is in the audio group but beyond this, I don't know how to solve this problem. -- Jude
