I suspect, in my case, it has something to do with AUR packages like
Amarok, but I haven't gone deeper. Probably I'll have to remove some
conflicting packages.

I don't use kde any longer - but part of your problem is likely orphaned
packages.
you should remove kfloppy and telepathy-kde-contact-runner
for starters and any other orphans you find.
