Thanks for replying. I followed the wiki but, the kernel variables are
not set at startup even though the systemd unit is active (checked by
"systemctl status systemd-sysctl.service"). If I restart the service
using "systemctl restart systemd-sysctl.service", the kernel variables

I know this is hardly a new problem, and I know how to fix a 'broken' png file.
The problem is finding that file.
Here's the case; i recently started using a application ppqt[1], which
shows this warning on startup. Displaying PNGs is a major part of this
application and that doesn't work atm.
