[arch-general] Mirrorlist Generator Not Working?

Hello,  is it just me or is the mirror list generator currently not working?  When I call for example:  https://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/?country=DE&protocol=https&ip_version=4&use_mirror_status=on   I get a list with all mirrors at the moment and not just the ones where the above parameters a
