[arch-general] links package hasn't been updated

Greetings, developers. 'links' package has been flagged out of date for nearly one month and there is no updated package until now, not even in 'testing'. Is there anything blocking version 2.13 from being packaged? Firefox, which requires time and power to package has already available in 'testi
