Hi all.
After I upgrade to kernel 3.18.6, I was stuck at the login screen.
I type the login and password, press the enter key and the login screen appears
again.
There are no problems with my login because I can login in the console normaly.
After I downgrade to kernel 3.18.5 the problem desappe
Try downgrading your kernel and tell us if your issue still happens.

After upgrading to 3.18 I found that my rsync backup to a CIFS
filesystem was failing on filenames that contained reserved characters
in the set :<>|*?\
According to [1] the default strategy for handling these characters
changed in 3.18, but in my experience (and according to [2]) it didn't
work v

about disk problems on root partition.
I have one server which does internal mail and nfs - which went
weird after about a day on the new kernel.
I remote admin via ssh - symptom on the terminal was many commands
failed in bad ways. Though 'ls' seemed to be fine.
e.g. vi - gave input/output error.

/usr/share/cups/model/C/std-bjc-MP630-series.5.2.ppd.gz.
But the result is same as previous time.
