[arch-general] tomoyo-init on linux 3.8.0-2

Regardless of what I add in kernel flags, tomoyo-init is never loaded. I see no noticable error messages anywhere in the logs. I have confirmed tomoyo-init works when manually loaded, and confirmed that tomoyo itself is working and loaded. Anyone with ideas will be greatly appreciated, Thanks in

[arch-general] watchdog 5.13 changes

The new watchdog 5.13 package removes the rc.d scripts and conf.d files. There is a systemd service file for watchdog included. There is no service file for wd_keepalive, because the functionality of wd_keepalive is provided by systemd - just uncomment RuntimeWatchdogSec=20 in /etc/systemd/system.
