Thank you Bernardo. Thank you Ray. Ray, a note to your comment about HPET/hrtimer, for jackd IMO it's unusable, since at least my machine doesnt have enough timers. I'm using it for the ALSA sequencer timer only. Some apps freeze the system, when it's enabled. Fortunately non of those I'm using.
