It does! I can play 1080p (H264, mkv) on my old macbook (core2duo @
2ghz) with no hardware acceleration. I'm using the parallel version of
ffmpeg h264 decoder.

I have run into a strange issue with openoffice in Arch. I am using
kdemod3 on
my Toshiba x86_64 laptop. All Arch packages have been synced and are up to
